More seriously though, this is exactly how I've had the layout since Chromosome. This layout is perfect in my opinion; no need to change it.
Welcome to the world of standard uplinks though. They do have an advantage though; if you have an uplink being camped and the enemy is not destroying it to try and farm it, you can alway deploy your link elsewhere and the link they are camping pops.
Of course I get told by my squad that they will spawn tomorrow... ("WTF Kaze, 15 second uplinks?") :P
One thing that is nice about this suit too: Standard Nanohive. May not sound like much but this is a huge upgrade from my Militia Nanohive BPO:

By the way, back again with my very own Shaman suit!
This thing is an ISK printing machine. Great tank, perfect equipment layout, perfect gun for the race (Minmatar weaponry) as well as my playstyle (spray n pray). Uplinks to rally the troops, upgraded Nanohives (from the crappy Militia level ones), to give my team plenty of ammo, repairs with the upgrade from Min Logi 5 (better repair and better range), and finally an injector for those wanting to save their suits (and you would be surprised, there are many out there not wanting their suit to be lost).
Kin cat for running speed, shield reg for faster regen, good balance of shield and armor, I love my Shaman suit.
I'm planning on going after the other Logistics too. Gal Logistics should be easy, but I might have trouble obtaining the Amarr and Caldari. We'll see.
